Yes. We chose this home because of its fantastic location.

Do I need to take my hairdryer?
No, we have 2 hairdryers, if you want to take your own feel free. Remember your adaptor and expect the performance to differ from the UK due to the voltage being 110 volt.

Is Tuscan Hills a gated community?
Yes.

Are there any other facilities?
Yes, there is a Mediterranean Style Clubhouse which has a Fitness studio, Childs' Indoor Play Room, a Large Lounge, and a Covered Lanai looking out over a Tennis Court, Sand Volleyball Court, Tot Lot and a relaxing Palm Garden.

Can you organise a welcome food package?
Absolutely, just let us know. In fact we can organise fresh flowers and champagne!

Can you help out with Disney tickets?
Yes. Our management company can organise discount tickets delivered to the villa. Usually a party of 6 would save enough to cover parking at all of the theme parks you visit – plus your biggest saving – Time. No waiting in line to buy your tickets at the gate!

If we want to book your villa what happens next?
We strongly suggest that you call us to make sure your weeks are available, we will then hold your dates for 7 days, in the mean time we will send you a booking form, once you have returned the booking form and your deposit we then confirm your booking

How much deposit is required?
We take a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per week.

When do we pay the remainder of the balance?
We ask that you send the final balance 12 week prior to your travel dates, we then send you all of our address details, directions, and useful hints and tips to make your stay in our home more enjoyable.

Can the pool be heated?
Yes, we recommend pool heating between September and April, you may have the pool heated and ready for action as you arrive.

How much does pool heating cost?
$25 per day or pre-booked in the UK before your arrival for £15.00 per day (this includes Spa heat too!)

Can we have the spa heated without having pool heating?
Yes - its $15.00 per day or pre-booked in the UK before your arrival for £10.00 per day – When heated, the Spa will reach a temperature of approx 100 - 104 degrees. Please note: If the Pool heating or Spa heating are not in operation the spa will still work, it will not heat up - the massage jets are still great!

Is the temperature of the spa the same as the pool?
Yes when the spa is not in operation. However when the spa is in use all the pool heating is directed to the spa water flow and it heats up very quickly! If the pool heating is not in operation the spa will not increase in temperature - the massage jets are still great! If you want a hot spa you need the pool heating.

Do we need to bring our own Towels
No, the villa is equipped as a home from home, if you want to use your own beach towels for the water parks and the beach then we suggest you bring them with you.
